How to Get Kokushibo in Lineage Piece (Demon Race + Materials)

Prerequisite: Demon Race

Kokushibo needs the Demon race (item-based: +20% total damage, +3.5% lifesteal, +12.5% crit damage) — its race item comes from the Demon Slayer content band (race mechanics).

The Materials (Kokushibo NPC)

• 1 Nichirin Blueprint
• 4 Broken Flutes
• 6 Upper One Eyes
• 10M coins & 10K gems

The set drops in the Kokushibo band alongside Demon Souls and the world-spawn Blue Spider Lily (five islands). His quest chain starts on Deeproot Jungle — the Kokushibo NPC there offers the Moon Breathing questline.

Power Check

Kokushibo ate a −10% nerf in the Yhwach patch but remains A-tier (tier list) — the Moon Breathing kit’s wide arcs clear mobs faster than most Mythicals, which feeds every other farm on this site. The Upper Moon One title drops in the same band for the flex.
